Set up the key backup properly on all devices:

1. User icon (top left)
2. Settings
3. Security & Privacy
4. Key backup → restore from backup

You want to have all your devices backing up keys and you want to see all of these devices provide a valid signature from a verified device. If it doesn't work, Delete backup and start again on all devices.

Maybe the homeserver URL is wrong? You can find out your homeserver URL when you take the domain of your username – e.g. example.com when the username is @user:example.com – and open https://example.com/.well-known/matrix/server in your browser. The homeserver URL is stored in the JSON value m.server.
