Anger

Anger is a strong emotional reaction.

  1. Throw, destroy or break something (safely).
  2. Scream – in private.
  3. Breathe or sing it out.
  4. Verbalize your anger.
  5. Dance it out.
  6. Do a tough workout.
  7. Journal.
  8. Draw or paint.
  9. Change your surroundings. A change of scenery, even if it's just another room, a comfy place or the outside for a few minutes can change your outlook on the situation.

Both children and adults with ADHD can have anger issues.
