Anger is a strong emotional reaction.
how to deal with anger
- Throw, destroy or break something (safely).
- Scream – in private.
- Breathe or sing it out.
- Verbalize your anger.
- Dance it out.
- Do a tough workout.
- Journal.
- Draw or paint.
- Change your surroundings. A change of scenery, even if it's just another room, a comfy place or the outside for a few minutes can change your outlook on the situation.
