Troubleshooting
IMAP folders not recognised
- Close Outlook
- Quit all programs in relation to Outlook in task manager, even background services ("Microsoft Outlook Communications")
- delete OST files (Could be in
%LocalAppData%or%UserProfile%\Documents\Outlook)- if Outlook created duplicate folders, delete them with another program (e.g. Claws-Mail)
- restart Outlook, should recognize new folders
