POCSAG Paging protocol

With this radio protocol you can send messages to POCSAG-enabled pagers.

• UniPager – Universal POCSAG transmitter controller written in Rust, used for Hampager.de / DAPNET
• gr-mixalot – a set of GNU Radio blocks/utilities to encode pager messages. It supports the POCSAG, FLEX, and Golay/GSC protocols.
