Troubleshooting

IMAP folders not recognised

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Quit all programs in relation to Outlook in task manager, even background services ("Microsoft Outlook Communications")
  3. delete OST files (Could be in %LocalAppData% or %UserProfile%\Documents\Outlook)
    1. if Outlook created duplicate folders, delete them with another program (e.g. Claws-Mail)
  4. restart Outlook, should recognize new folders
