==== My keys aren't synced ====

Set up the key backup properly on all devices:

  - User icon (top left)
  - Settings
  - Security & Privacy
  - Key backup → restore from backup

You want to have all your devices backing up keys and you want to see all of these devices provide a **valid** signature from a **verified** device. If it doesn't work, //Delete backup// and start again on all devices.

Maybe the homeserver URL is wrong? You can find out your homeserver URL when you take the domain of your username – e.g. ''example.com'' when the username is ''@user:example.com'' – and open ''%%https://example.com/.well-known/matrix/server%%'' in your browser. The homeserver URL is stored in the JSON value ''m.server''.
