In the menu: Server > Connect, click on "Add New..."

Enter the details, click on ok, select the newly added server and press "connect". If the field "password" isn't visible, still connect – the client will ask you for it when needed.

Enter the domain name without ''http:%%//%%'' in front of it and ''/'' after it since it's not a URL you're entering, but a FQDN.
